Welcome to an easy claim and repairs experience

No matter which type of claim you have, our goal is to make sure everything goes smoothly. That means making your claims process as easy as possible and keeping you updated.

How Daabo Claims Work

STEP 1

Request a claim telling us what happened on our app or website within 48 hours of the damage.We review the information and approve your claim. This takes less than one hour.

STEP 2

We pick up the device or send you directions to a repair center to get the device repaired or replaced.Or we contact you to get a replacement device.

STEP 3

Your repaired device is either returened to you or you pick it up at the repair center.Or a device is delivered to you or you pick up a replacement device.

About Claims

No cash compensation

We do not give users cash or monetary funds to repair devices or as compensation for lost or stolen devices.

We do not charge for extra services

We do not request money to pick up or delivery of your devices. We also do not charge for an agent on site service.

We don’t cover everything

We do not cover, every device and other things such as accesories, attachments, and modified devices.

We replace devices with high repair fees

We offer a repair cover of 70% of the value of the device, and if the cost of the repair is over 50% of the value of the device, we would require you to cover the remaining fee.

What your Protection Plan does not cover

Accessories

We do not cover device accessories and also any damage caused to your device by accessories.

Pre-Existing Damages

Pre-existing damages to the devices. Meaning, if the device has already been damaged before buying our device protection- we cannot issue a device protection policy for your phone.

Tampering, Modifications and Unauthorized repairs

We do not provide cover for devices that have been tampered with, modified, and repaired without our authorization.
