By accessing or using the services provided by Daabo Enterprise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Daabo employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect enterprise data but does not guarantee absolute security in the event of unforeseen infrastructure breaches.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daabo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DAABO EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
